The consequences of stress

A human in the modern world is always busy, always does something. These affairs occupy the time, take away the energy, overload the body. “I am busy” is the credo of modern people.

And suddenly they start to feel that they can easily become tired. The night’s repose does not release this feeling of fatigue, and they feel broken in the morning. Daily routine does not please. Continual physical and emotional strains cause the wish to get rid of them. People are nervous, distressed, strained. They understand that they can do something or other, and they can do better if only they could get rid of fatigue. But they have lost energy, and strive to do something, they experience discouragement. Sometimes they feel some fit of energy and use this moment to do as much as possible. But then it seems that the result is not worth those efforts that have been put in it.

They are astonished why they cannot feel good all the time. And it is a high time to restore the energy and facilities of the body with the help of private rest, nature and change of impressions.
